Excellent customer service. I had dinner there it was amazing. The employee working there was very welcoming and helpful.

Purchased a meal to stay, and they didn't have any trays (even though both their neighbours had tons of them). The person who... put together my plate balanced the cup of tzaziki on the very top of the food, and of course it fell and got all over my pants.They weren't very sympathetic either, and handed me a single Napkin to clean my clothes off. Really, you charge $15 to $18 fora meal, the least you could do is go get more trays, or ask the neighbouring vendors. Terrible service ever! Ordered 2 combo platter and 1 chicken wrap to go. Cashier started to walk away and I had to ask for... fork/knife. Also, I had to remind her that I needed a cup for the pop!!!! She gave me the knife/fork/cup... just stared at meand said nothing. I felt like so disgusted in her rude attitude and more dissapointed In regards to the food. Very littleportion in both combo platter and mostly the chicken wrap - few pieces of lettuce!! OMG!!! I had to ask myself...do I reallywant to buy here again??? Do they really want my business??? I have my lunch here today august 26 in between 11-11:30 AM im gonna remember these, 1 guy and 1 girl who prepared my order both... of them absolutely brutal in customer service, i re order olympus bowl and of course i was expecting the same what i orderedlast time but what they served me today is totaly different so i ask why? And they said what they give me last time is platterso im trying to tell that i want the same as that, they dont even offer me that platter and i dont mind paying extra but the onei dont want is how they react no apologies, no offer that they can make me that platter but pay extra, customer servicespecially that guy is ZERO KNOWLEDGE. Our visit occured on August 21, 2022 Around 2:45 pm My son's order was placed with a gentleman, he had ordered a falafel wrap... with fries stating there were to be no tomato. We noticed the order being placed on the screen with the omission if tomato. Aswe stood in line and observed a order being prepared, my son remarked... is that mine, while noticing the wrap being preparedwith tomato... It was being prepared by a female employee. She was scooping on tomatoes, when questioned she agreed it was his,we remarked it was not supposed to have tomatoes, she asked if we wanted them picked off. My son who was being polite said no,it would be okay. I said well it was not supposed to have tomatoes if she observed the screen in front of her. To my son'srequest, she kept on assembling it and asked " do you want hot peppers? " He answered yes...again had she been watching andreading her screen she would have known this too. What's the sense of providing these options when placing an order if theemployee is not going to follow the request. I?m giving one star only because of the food I?ve purchased the last 2 times going to Opa. There is no doubt they?re... cooking/using spoiled vegetables.
