And a 1 star is a stretch... ordered online got the pizzas delivered (which were both wrong) called to ask if I could have them... swapped out for the right one and the lady said "not her problem if I want the right ones order again" The managers need to hirebetter staff and cooks that know how to make pizza and food. Better quality than the other pizza places around, though also priced accordingly with few deals. Usually order a New York Deli... with additions, and probably a third of the time they only put on the additions and forget the standard toppings, so then haveto wait for them to make a whole new pizza. Decent pizza really lacking in toppings. Could use more of everything. The flavor doesn't stand out. It's not cheesy, salty, or... anything really. Panago won't blow you away with modern or intriguing pizza--but that's not what it is. It's not gourmet. But it is incredibly... reliable. I have ordered from this location probably upwards of twenty times. Not once has my order been incorrect, and eachtime it has been ready in under 15 minutes. Let's start with what Panago is- it's a chain pizza place that offers pick up or delivery service. Their recipes can be prepared... quickly and consistently and their is a simplicity to the flavours that I have always found please picky eaters when you aretrying to feed kids. One thing I have actually come to really appreciate at Panago is their salads! They are priced veryreasonably and you get a great sized bowl. Their customizable too. When I am busy I need a quick lunch to go, Panago salads areone of my go-to's. This location is clean and the service is fast and friendly. I have only done pick-up.
