First time trying this place and had a terrible experience. They delivered this pizza to me and made me pay 30$ for it! Crazy.... Asked to pay in cash and guy didn?t have any change so he forced me to pay extra tip. Filed a complaint and filled out theirsurvey and no one from their team got back to me. They sent me some automated message saying sorry we didn?t get back to you ina week, do you want this complaint to be escalated? Yes 1 week later still nothing. Would give negative stars if I could! Nolan hill location. Pizza was the equivalent of a frozen pizza or worse at best. Not sure where they got the slogan " better... ingredients better pizza " but seriously. They have you think your getting a great deal but in fact your getting food that yousimply can not stomach. Shame on them. Not my first pizza from them but probably my last. Ordered 2 pizzas and they had barely any toppings on them and barely any cheese (I ordered extra cheese, that clearly wasn't... added). The cheese was overcooked and the crust. A store bought pizza would have been better. So disappointing and such a wasteof money. Read more
What?s the difference between a $17 Pepperoni Pizza and $23 Ultimate Pepperoni? Nothing other than cash grab. Menu says 30% more... pepperoni and some additional cheese and seasoning. Looks like I either received a regular pepperoni or this location likes tocut costs through toppings. Read more
Ordered a pizza with a coupon deal, they gradually took their time and made a paper thin pizza due to us having a coupon for 50%... off. No sauce, no garlic parm on crust, barley any toppings (it's a Canadian pizza) and a poorly cut one at that. A deals adeal, take pride in your work & don't cheap on on customers. Simple. Read more
