I bought pizza for many years at papa johns. When I ordered to this location . The pizza was not even made corectly. Honestly probably some of the worst pizza & wings I?ve ever ordered. Selected well done wings and I got barely cooked wings. On... top of that it looks like they put the wings in the box and dumped a splash of sauce on top. Didn?t think I would have to finishbaking / tossing an order of wings before I could eat them. Kinda defeats the purpose of take out no? Pizza had 3/4 of thetoppings on 1/3 of this pizza? Dominos / Pizza Hut can be bad but at-least there is a little effort? Read more

Looks like there?s only 1 person making all the pizzas all morning throughout noon. I could tell she was busy because there were... 6+ delivery stickers on the table and then having her tell me to wait at least 5 minutes before I could place my order. Itwasn?t the best thing for me to wait over 30 minutes for just one small pizza, but I really respected the kind lady who has beenworking so hard to provide good customer service to everyone even though how swamp she is with online orders and 2 birthdayparty orders. Ordered two pizzas the lady in the cashier said 20minutes and i ended up 45min. All the workers were making all the online... orders. Customers like me were waiting in line for an hour. I think priority should be how ever make the order first. My orderwas setting on the table and the lady took more than 15min to give it to me and at the end she added ??you can take thisotherwise I might pass it to somebody else?. We always go to Papa John's @ country hills. The taste of their garlic sauce, garlic knots, jalapeno poppers and pepperoncinis... is hard to find anywhere else.. there pizza are always delicious ????????????... Served at perfect temperature. I want to give5 star for there customer service.. it's the best in city.. Only complain to Papa John's, is regarding there mobile app.Sometimes it don't update the order. We ordered pizza online through their App and when my husband went to pick up the pizza itwas showing that it's already been picked up, while pizza were still cooking in oven. It has happened a few times that their Appdon't update the order. Easily the best pizza place I've hadin Calgary since moving here April 2022.Not that it was a hard act to follow. This city... seems the be obsessed with cheese covered toppings. I don't know why anyone would want their pepperoni steamed under the cheese.Papa John's is the closest thing to Ontario pizza I have had.
