In general, the website is a disaster. Being asked to enter your address just to begin your order is annoying. But having to... enter it again later is really frustrating. The ordering process is absurd. I honestly only order from Pizza 73 occasionallyanymore because the wings are the best you can find for delivery. But the website need a major overhaul. Management: you need to do better. You can't put two staff on that don't know the menu or what they're doing without... supervision. Staff: You're doing good. Good conflict resolution. Ordered again for delivery on August 4th and it took over 2hours. We gave up and went to bed. I have no idea what ever happened because nobody reached out. We ordered a heart-shaped pizza for the kids for Valentine's Day. It was easy to navigate the menu online and to place an... order. Upon arrival at Pizza 73 Coach Hill, my pizza was ready and the team member was happy to give it to me. My kids lovethe heart-shaped pizza. I enjoyed the Pepperoni and Bacon toppings. The crust was crispy, yet airy. It was a delicious pizza andour family will order here at the Pizza 73 again. Looking forward to trying the curly fries! Read more
DO NOT order delivery from Pizza 73 if you live in the Crestmont area. It ends up coming from this location, when it should... clearly come from the Bowness location due to the fact we're on the south side of 16th ave. Our first and only order took overan hour and a half and the driver complained to customer service (when we first called) about being stuck in construction beforechanging his story to another excuse half an hour later. Customer service told us to check the order when it arrived and the boxwas soggy and the food was cold. We sent the order back and were told that we were unable to have the order remade from the muchcloser location because they "couldn't send drivers across area lines". Dominos did this jurisdictional error initially, thenthey realized it and started delivering from a NW location. So again, if you live in the Crestmont area don't waste your time,order from another pizza chain. Read more
Staff is courteous and helpful and they have the best chicken ???? ???? ???? wings in the city. I always order from this... location and I normally add the wings to the order. I prefer the spicy ???? as well as the salt and pepper. You need to try itfrom this location. I did like 100 times order from this location. OMG they have the BEST wings!!! I"ve been ordering them for 4-5 yrs every month or so but they need a delivery service.
