Too late, we should read some reviews first before we proceed here.no wonder almost 90 % of a review are too bad, We ordered... donair pizza and we got no meat and no onion just tomato and donair sauce. We came twice to complained about it and the staffinsists or keep pushing that he made the pizza with meat and onions.then we opened the pizza box in front of him and he saysthe meat is inside the dough and i was like it should be on the toppings. It?s so bad, we been supporting some business sincepandemic because we knows they are straggling, and i hope some business owners out there would understand or pay attention onthis kind of complained,this is very simple complained. please give your staffs a proper training and follow the right recipeto get your customers satisfaction and consistency. We ordered last night. A uncrust 3 topping pizza and salt and pepper wings. They were absolutely delicious and beautifully... packaged. The pizza was still great today. The delivery was also very fast considered we ordered around 11pm. Overall veryimpressed and will order again. Read more
Would give less that 0 stars if I could. I NEVER write reviews, but this experience has been so horrible. I ordered our food at... 7pm through Skip the dishes, and two hours later have yet to receive our food. I called the pizza 73 help line shortly after anhour of waiting and was told our order was lost, but they would be making and delivering our food within 10 mins. It?s now been40 minutes and I am on hold with the help line (no one has answered my call) and our food is nowhere to be seen. Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could!!! My order was almost $50 and took over an hour to arrive. When it did finally get here there... driver decided to put it on the front step in the snow even though my son was standing in the doorway and they could have justhanded it to him! The tab on the box was pulled and of course the pizza was burnt and cold! The one pizza had slices as small as1 inch with nothing on them. When I called to complain they offered to either take the pizza back - with 3 hungry boys and haveto wait another hour this was not an option. So they gave me a measly $17 off my next order! I've order from Pizza 73 quite often over the years, and been happy with everything. But this is the first one I have been... disappointed with. I order gluten free crust all the time for my daughter who is allergic. Ordered one tonight and the crust wasstale and dry. Asked them to make another and got the same dried out crust that even curled. Read more
I wish I could give it zero stars. We ordered 2 pizza's and a box of 40 wings. Had to wait around for 20 minutes after the... supposed order ready time. Got it home and discovered they got the order wrong on one of the pizzas. Oh well, pizza is goodright? Wrong. The pizza was undercooked, and very shy on toppings. A good third of the pizzas were just crust. The consistencywas that of microwaved next day pizza. Soggy... The wings? Neither golden nor crispy. Looked like the bag thawed out, gotmashed together, and then were refrozen and then under-cooked in clumps. Truly gross. I have a low bar for pizza, but Icouldn't even choke down more than one slice. This was, start to finish, one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. I placed an order for pickup. When I arrived, no... one even acknowledged I was there for three or four minutes. My order was sitting on top of the oven, waiting there. When I gothome, the pizza was poorly cut (one slice was barely an inch wide). One of my wife's slices had almost no sauce on it. Thequantity of fries included was pathetically small. And the kicker, our salt and pepper wings had ZERO seasoning on them.
