Very rude manager. Our order took over an hour to arrive and after it did, the manager called and spoke to my wife. Yelled at... her and asked her why she wouldn't tell the driver where we lived. Told her that it was out fault the pizza didn't arrive ontime. When she offered to show him her phone records he yelled something in another language and hung up. I called back to speakwith him and he hid behind one of the female call representatives. When he finally came to the phone he said he could speak towomen however he pleased and called me to come over to the restaurant to fight him. I'll be there to see.tbis coward in persontomorrow. I made an original order using a gift card online, which went as normal and I went to pick up the order. Upon arriving I was... asked to pay, which was a surprise as I explained it was from a gift card. After some back and forth I was told they could notuse gift cards physically at the location, and I would have to order again to try again. I did and waited for 10 minutes as theyhad not received the new order yet and would not give me the food unless they did. Finally I gave up and called into their phoneline to inquire on the delay, and the store hadn?t received the 2nd order. I checked prior and it had went through and I wasindeed charged on the gift card. I was then informed it never existed, and fought back and forth untill I made the guy search byorder number, and they had charged be and deleted it?
