Very rude manager. Our order took over an hour to arrive and after it did, the manager called and spoke to my wife. Yelled at... her and asked her why she wouldn't tell the driver where we lived. Told her that it was out fault the pizza didn't arrive ontime. When she offered to show him her phone records he yelled something in another language and hung up. I called back to speakwith him and he hid behind one of the female call representatives. When he finally came to the phone he said he could speak towomen however he pleased and called me to come over to the restaurant to fight him. I'll be there to see.tbis coward in persontomorrow. Ordered ham And pineapple with wings. Pizza barely had and game a the 3 or 4 pieces total that was on a large pizza was... extremely thin. The supposed to be salt and pepper wings tasted like something unknown to me and was dumped everywhere. Willnever order from this location again or even pizza 73 because of reading other reviews seems they haven?t fixed any issues andlet it keep happening so why support a corporation like that. I made an original order using a gift card online, which went as normal and I went to pick up the order. Upon arriving I was... asked to pay, which was a surprise as I explained it was from a gift card. After some back and forth I was told they could notuse gift cards physically at the location, and I would have to order again to try again. I did and waited for 10 minutes as theyhad not received the new order yet and would not give me the food unless they did. Finally I gave up and called into their phoneline to inquire on the delay, and the store hadn?t received the 2nd order. I checked prior and it had went through and I wasindeed charged on the gift card. I was then informed it never existed, and fought back and forth untill I made the guy search byorder number, and they had charged be and deleted it? The food itself tasted good. A particular worker who takes the calls can be difficult to communicate with. However, my main... reason for leaving a review is due to the fact that there was hair cooked into our boneless wings. Let?s be honest, if you?re ordering pizza 73, then you?re probably not concerned with the reviews. However avoid this location... if possible. Pizza isn?t a complicated dish, but the only two times I?ve ordered from this location, I?ve been served the worstpiece of sauce less cardboard I?ve ever eaten. Twice I?ve complained, the first time I was told to return for a new piece ofcardboard, I refused. The second time, I formally complained online, and the customer service representative who respondedcouldn?t understand me. Terrible food, terrible service. Would give a zero if I could. Read more

We?ve been ordering pizza from this place for half a year now and the service is usually really great, hense why we have kept... ordering. The last time we ordered the order arrived and not only did they mess it up they did it sloppy, instead of putting thewings in the sauce and mixing it around they heat the wings up and dump sauce on top like it?s a drizzle, the pizza was alsostuck to the roof of the box and half cooked. this time we ordered hoping that it would be better and when the pizza arrive allof the toppings were on one side of the pizza like it had been thrown around in the box. The wings had the same thing done, theyjust drizzled the sauce on top. I called to tell them what had happened almost immediately after receiving the pizza and the guyon the phone didn?t even apologize, he sounded annoyed and said ?how are the toppings on only one side of the pizza? and Iexplained that it looked like it had been tossed around. He then rushed to say that he would give me a credit and hung upimmediately after. Live in the area and orded pizza and chicken wings from both 130 ave location and mahogany location. Most of the time, chicken... wings are smaller than those from 130 ave location, and pizza is not warm enough. Please improve your service and learn from 130franchise location. Read more
