They messed up my order last time, when I called they said they would make it right and give me some sort of credits or... something on my next order, which didn?t help me then but whatever. This Pizza Hut is quick on the draw and makes good pizza. Just make sure that when you are ordering on the phone that you take... the extra time to confirm the entire order with them. There have been times that a drink didn't get added when it was supposedor sauces for wings were incorrect etc. They are kind people so any mistake is really innocent. Read more
Food is always terrible lol don?t know why I keep trying especially after the last time I had to call and the manager told me to... F off and didn?t care if I ever ordered from Pizza Hut again. Last order was over 80 bucks and the pizza and flat bread wereboth burnt to a crisp and cold so that?s talented. The wings were wrong flavour for one order , no flavour on another order andthe large order was some sort of watered down butter so the wings were actually soggy. Maybe the cook was mad at the world. Disappointed a couple of times now at this location. They simply lack attention to detail on doing the basics of the job. The... most recent...ordered the cinnamon rolls which came with zero cream. They were dry as a bone. Don't bother informing Pizza Hutof any complaint either. They always ignore your concern, never responding. With the pizza competition out there, you wouldthink that they would care to provide some sort of service to keep their customers. Not the case with Pizza Hut! Read more
If you like cheese, or pizza, avoid this location at all costs. Trust me, I love pizza and have never complained about a pizza... before. Horrible Experience. Avoid this place. My experience with Pizza Hut has gone down the drain over the past three episodes at this... location. At this location they take a medium size pizza and stretched it to a large to save dough and cut corners. As if thatwas not enough, the pizza lacked flavor, compromised on cheese, the sauce and toppings. Moreover the bread sticks lacked flavorand were unbaked. I launched a complaint with Pizza Hut last Sunday. I have not heard from anyone. Why go to this place whenthere are others who are vying for your business. I wish someone from Corporate is making notes. The telephone lines at thislocation do not work and the place is reeking with absolutely no regard for social distancing and masks. If I could give 1/2 astar I would have. The manager and the crew are absolutely nonchalant and least bothered about customer service. I think theyare just billing the owner for hours...and biding time. Avoid this location at all costs!! Read more
Customer service is terrible. Cinnabons just looked sad and apparently garlic parm wings come as just breaded, no flavor, sauce... is an extra addition you need to ask for. Over priced considering you can go elsewhere and pay 5$ for better quality. Read more
