We have been ordering from this location for almost five years and never had an issue. Last night we ordered a pizza and wings... and the pizza was inedible. It was sitting in a pile of grease and the bottom of the crust was soggy and wet as a result. Wetried calling the location and there was no answer (we had placed the initial order online). I filled out the automated surveythat was emailed to me and received a call today. The person who called was slightly argumentative and offered a weak apologyfor the experience before hanging up on me. Super disappointed and will not order from here again. Read more

Very bad experience ordering online. A couple of order screw up from the last 3 weeks were fine. I let it slide. But from last... week? That was all messed up. Cancelling my order online without informing me? That was way out of line. You had to wait untilsomeone picks up the order to tell them it wasn't done because you cancelled it. Seriously? The online account info was meant tobe there for you to contact the customer if there's a problem with the order. And I was able to talk to the manager and haveNEVER HEARD an apology for screwing it up. My colleagues ended up eating NOTHING because of your incompetence. Read more

This pizza hot location is the worst. Please do not order food from them. I ordered almost $59 worth of food and ordered a pizza... that I didn't know didn't have Tomato sause in it. I begged them to help me change it because I couldn't even eat the pizza dueto my pregnancy symptoms. They said no because it wasn't there fault which they are right but no customer service at all. Theyway they treated was unfair and rude. Now I have a large pizza at home and I can't even eat it. The crust was really good. It was fluffy and soft... but these guys are definitely trying to save a buck with how few toppings... they give. There was such little cheese on my pizza that I saw more sauce than toppings. Won't be going here again. Read more

We ordered two medium pizzas and one was fine but the other one had literally no toppings or cheese on it, it was basically just... dough. We called in, sent pictures of the pizza and they said they would send a replacement. 15 minutes later they called backand said we have to pay another delivery charge. Why would I pay for delivery on a mistake Pizzahut made? I said I'm not payingmore money, as I've already paid $4.50 for delivery plus a tip for the driver, also this place is less than a 5 minute drivefrom my house. They refused to deliver the pizza, I asked to speak to the manager but they said he wasn't there. So I cancelledthe replacement and we were stuck with the cheeseless pizza. This place is a joke. We ordered a large Canadian, a large Triple Crown, and a medium pineapple. They brought us a large... Canadian, a large pineapple and a medium pineapple. Only one of us even likes pineapple on pizza but it was getting late and wewere hungry so we just choked some of it down. We took a picture and called them to bring us the right pizza. When they showedup, they wanted to take the other pizza back and they wouldn't give us what we ordered because we ate the wrong pizza that theybrought us because WE WERE HUNGRY. They can see their mistake in front of them but they say they can't give us the correct orderbecause we ate some of the WRONG PIZZA that they gave us. What on earth are they planning to do, resell a cold pineapple pizzato the next customer? What kind of nonsensical policy is that? Ordered at 2045 Symons Valley Pkwy NW Unit 3006, Calgary, AB T3P 0Y2 , doughy pizza, undercooked, given explanation by the guy... who works in the evening that I should have requested the pizza to be well cooked. Being in hospitality industry myself for thepast 15 years, it was very funny to hear that for a pizza. I got my money back through Uber Eats, but undercooked pizza,definitely a no no. It is a serious food safety issue that I will raise a complaint to their senior management about this. Alsothe guy who spoke over the phone needs to be coached and pizza hut needs to empower their staff to resolve customer issuesthrough first point resolution.
