I tried butter chicken for the first time in my life. I need to say that it was awesome. I also tried butter naan and same thing... goes for that too, it was awesome. I also ordered a beverage though I forget what I ordered. Price is reasonable and I did notwait much for the food. Unfortunately space of the restaurant is not big so you might have a hard time to find available table.There is enough space for parking so do not think about parking problems. I will come again but this time with my family theyneed to try these delicious foods too. 5 star from me????? Read more

If you've never heard of Raja's or you've never been to Raja's, do Raja's Grill a favor-- no, no, do YOURSELF a favor and go to... Raja's Grill. The owner works the counter himself and is an all around great guy. The customer service here is incredible andthe food is fantastic. Their dishes always come out consistent. Raja's Grill has some fantastic East Asian foods like kebabs,rice pilaf, butter chicken, naan, and samosas. The last time we asked them to provide foot platters for us to cater a birthdayand the platters they gave us delivered in consistency, quality, taste, and easily fed 30 people. I find Indian/Middle Easternfood is a preferred taste and different palates prefer different styles. I for one prefer a spicy butter chicken over the sweetand creamy one (Raja's is the latter). With that being said, with an open mind and and growling stomach I whole heartily say,"definitely give them a try!". Read more
I went there and brought 2 platters. They took a 14 and 18 per plate but the amount was too small even for the toddlers. The... taste is not so good. They are too cunning and present smaller amounts as bigger one and cheats with customers. They cut thekabab piece obliquely just for showing it was larger than the actual amount. The sheek was so thin and the taste of rice wasjust awful. The price of the platters should not be more than 8-10 CAD but they charged almost double. Will never go again andwill discourage my friends to be their customers. Overall I will rate 1 out of 5 because I can't rate it 0. Read more
Me and a couple of buddies stopped in here for lunch after going to Jim Bows. It had really good reviews so decided to try it... out. The owner of the place was super friendly and welcomed us to his restaurant. I went with the Tendori BBQ. I got theChicken Tikka and the Beef Seekh Kabab. We didn't have to wait long the food came out hot and fresh. The food was excellent. The beef kabab was well seasoned and had a punch of flavours. The 2 sauces it came with were really good too. Theycomplimented the bbq perfectly. The chicken tikka had a nice subtle curry flavour. One of the sauces had a very nice kick toit. I really enjoyed the meal it full of different Indian flavours and perfect heat. I would definitely come back here again. Great food and excellent service! Read more
Ignore all the fake negative reviews!! Beware of people who are never happy with things and keep complaining about little things... instead of the majority of good part in it.. Delicious food! We came to Calgary for few days only, and think would have missedthe major part by not trying out this restaurant. I?m not a big fan of bbq always, but I just say I?ve become a fan of theirbbq. We ordered 2 platters, chicken tikka and chicken tandoori.. simply lovedddd them. Saffron rice and biryani rice came werenevertheless, along with fries and salad, super fresh and delicious too. The owner is absolutely humble and treated with greatwarm hospitality. Served with complimentary super delicious chana and extra plate of salad.
