The kids who all came for Sunday breakfast loved that the staff were all dressed up in Halloween costumes! The kids pancakes... can be plain, blueberry or chocolate chips so of course my kid had to ask for blended pancakes with both blueberries ANDchocolate chips mixed together. They were quite delicious! The 58th Avenue Eggs Benedict were quite good, served with a ton offresh hashbrowns. ???? The service was quick and friendly and everything was clean inside the restaurant, especially our table. It was completely wiped down and sanitized before we sat there. It is great place to come for Sunday Brunch because streetparking is free on Sundays. Read more

A place with friendly service and a nice atmosphere for breakfast. I had the Montreal smoked meat hash and eggs. Overall, it was... okay. The elements of a hash, eggs and ham were there. Usually I am more accustomed to crispy potatoes in a hash - this feltmore like a sauteed veggies and potatoes mixture. The eggs were poached well. The ham unfortunately just felt like regular hamso this dish didn't really live up to the name. Bring your appetite - the portions are large! Read more

The breakfast sandwich was DELICIOUS! Egg was perfectly cooked and the sourdough bread was so good. They give a generous portion... of hash browns - with their house made mayo, so yummy (if you?re a mayo with fries kinda person). The service is prompt andattentive. Read more

Comfortable breakfast spot! Had a lovely brunch here over the weekend. I tried one of their lovely tea creations, the misty... morning I believe. I also had the crepes Florentine. The tea latte was very matcha-y and chock full of caffeine which wasperfect. The crepes are deceptive! They look like they won't fill you up but I promise they will, I was positively stuffed andthey were delicious! Our waiter was lovely and charming but didn't refill our water which was understandable but a littlefrustrating. Read more

Ordered breakfast delivery. Really loved the crispy potatoes and the brisket. The french toast was very rich - which many people... would love! Overall, satisfied with the yummy food and may visit in person some day. There was more than enough for two peopleto share. Dishes ordered: 58th Ave Benny and Blueberry, Basil & Goat Cheese stuffed french toast. Read more

Excellent service; coffee is exceptional (definitely not wimpy). Tends to get loud as people are required to talk over the... slightly obnoxious sound track (volume). Not overbearing enough to warrant a star deduction, though. The Big Red was superb aswad the Red's Original. Read more

Love is in the air at Red's Diner in Kensington! While my usual Red's go to is the one on 58th, I never did get a chance to stop... by here in Kensington (well, more like remember this one) until today with friends. The food is excellent, the service wasactive, attentive and friendly and I don't believe I've ever had a bad meal at any Red's in the city ever....and this one hasdefinitely kept that trend running. My only two regrets to this visit is that our waitress let my friend pay for the billinstead of me and I ordered the "Big Breakfast" and let my eyes do the ordering instead of my head. It's now 3 hours aftereating there as I write this and I'm still supremely stuffed and contemplating a nap instead of enjoying the sun outside thisbeautiful Sunday. Oh, and this location was definitely in the Valentine?s Day mindset with all the heart and love decor. Read more

This location is right in the heart of Kensington with a beautiful patio for warmer months and a cozy bright atmosphere inside.... The staff and our server were super friendly and helpful, considerate and polite. The selection is plentiful for menu items andthe coffee was super. Our breakfast was quick and delicious. There was a bit of a wait but other then that we enjoyed our triphere and will be back again. Thanks for the coffee to go as well. Read more
