I went there last weekend and I keep thinking of the Honey Vanilla Tea Latte that I had. It was so rich, foamy and yummy!! And... also they were so nice and calm even though they have long lineups with a new cashier(if I was not mistaken). I will go thereagain soon with my friend to introduce the Tea. Read more

I genuinely like Second Cup but today was the exception. First off I couldn't log into my Second Cup App. When I questioned... staff they seemed to think it was my fault but apparently their website must be down because I have tried with WiFi and 4G. Myhusband tried on his phone as well. We tried to log in both at the mall using Second Cups own WiFi, the malls WiFi and our homenetwork as well. Couldn't get logged on to the app. So that means no points added to my points balance. Also means I couldn'tuse my app to pay for my drinks. Then I purchased a smoothy. The kid was having trouble with it. He made it once, put it backin the blender because it was too runny. Added more ice, blended it again but for such a short time my drink was full of icecubes. They didn't have enough decaffeinated coffee to fill one cup so it was either wait for them to brew another pot or topit up with regular. We topped it up but in hindsight we should have waited for fresh because it took 10:00 long minutes for mysmoothy to be made. Looks like management needs to spend a little more time training. Coffee is consistent to second cup standards. Lots of seating in the adjacent food court (you don't dine inside of the cafe).... Their bakery section is surprisingly exceptional! All of the squares (brownies, pecan bar, etc.) are excellent! Read more
