I had the rib combo and I think this restaurant bought all the dinosaurs used to film the Jurassic Park franchise to get their... cuts of meat from! My boyfriend had the smuggler cut prime rib and it was just as huge! The food was amazing and the service wastop notch. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Side note: there is a soup and salad bar included with the entrees, andit was just as tasty as the ordered food. Read more

Great quality meat. Had the bison steak and it was beautifully cooked and seasoned, appetizers were also great. Good ambience... and great service! Prices are very decent, comparing them to Toronto prices. This is a must when visiting Calgary! Read more
Love this place for its service, atmosphere, food and salad bar. It is a very unique space that can be family friendly or... intimate. The unlimited salad bar has a wide wide variety of choices ..from greens to fruits to dressing. Even their soup isdelicious. Steaks are done perfectly and prime rib is extremely juicy. Ask for horseradish if you get the chance...gives it agood kick. Read more

I decided to come here based off a recommendation as I heard the prime rib is one of the best in the city. I like that they have... a salad/cold appetizer buffet bar where you can help yourself to some small bites and hot soups while you wait for your meal toarrive. When my meal arrived, it was a large portion size of meat with a good Yorkshire pudding that came with it. The prime ribdid fall short of expectations, however, as the meat was unfortunately dry and not juicy. First time to eat here. I love the salad bar. The place has an old school, cozy feeling. We ordered calamari and crab and... mushroom for appies. For the main course I ordered lamb chops. Received the plate warm and the plating was decent. Significantother ordered rib eye and it looked very delicious. Both of them were cooked medium rare and tasted superb. Michelle our serverwas very friendly and accomodating. For dessert we tried a chocolate cake, I can't get enough of it. Just heard no more salad bar or the famous soups. If that's true what a shame Me and the family went here atleast once a... month. Always Got the Cajun chicken. Don't see that on the menu anymore The salad bar and soups always top notch. But found outno more salad bar or soups What a shame if that's true that was a part of smugglers. I bet alot of people will be disappointedabout that one. Why change and ruin a good thing. Read more
