Nat saw my two year old and ?the mom look on my face? and went out of his way to give my son a small scoop of vanilla ice cream... (his favourite flavour). We came to South street today because my husband and I were craving a delicious burger and our sonloves the fries. Bought 5 burgers(expensive but tasty) staff does not seem very happy to work here. Another note, when they offered a burger... stamp card, they gave one stamp. Hubby mentions that we purchased 5 burger meals, and she says, sorry it?s one stamp pertransaction. Soooo? You?d prefer we each pay separately? Why not just say ?thanks for spending $25/person at a fast food place,here?s some stamps? Read more

We eat at multiple south street locations regularly! This evening the order came to us incorrect.not only was the order... incorrect the bacon was burnt not crispy as I ordered the bun was very dry and hard.the patty was also overcooked firstdisappointment Since eating here for years! Read more
Mediocre and a huge disappointment in every way. The amount of toppings to chose were overwhelming. However we were not asked if... we wanted anything and we had to talk to the staff multiple times that we wanted extras. Though after all the effort our end andlack of communication from their end -the burgers were gross and underwhelming. The fries were also cold and bland. Themilkshake tasted like it was cold 1% chocolate milk and it was like 80% water. The staff clearly did not want to be workingthere and had no service skills. Nothing good to say about the communication from the staff or how the food was made. Don?t goto south street burger. It?s over priced for what you get and not worth it. Love this place. Never too busy, food is always piping hot and delicious. They also have a really nice seating area outside.
Worst byob place ever. They tell you they will call your number when they are ready. No they call when they are done. Bun and... patty. No chance to get toppings. Had to put toppings on at home. Go to Harvey's, far better communication Read more
