Ordered 4 frap for take out and while waiting I forgot to get cookies for my kids knowingly there were no other people inside... just me the wife and two staff and we were like far from them 12 feet if may say., I went to the bar to check what flavours theyhave since I am also far sighted I have to come closer then one of the male crew told me to "Stay on the Windows" with a risingintonation. I truly understand the precautions, I am wearing a mask and sanitized my hands when I entered, and if anothercustomer comes in I would gladly stay away and keep my distance. He just made me feel "unwelcomed" and disgusted if I may say.Sorry starbucks love your store but please educate your staff. Read more
Service is great here and the store is nice. Good little outside patio to enjoy your coffee. Saw a customer spill his coffee... when trying to add milk to his coffee. The staff came and poured him a new coffee quickly. Great to see customer service likethis is still around. I would defiantly suggest going to this Starbucks! Read more
I have been coming here for a few years, every time every single time i come in here i get a smile and a warm greeting. This is... a very clean place, the only issue i have is there really is no area to work. When i want to escape work for a few i like to sipcoffee and relax. Their service and friendliness is above and beyond. The drinks are made accurately and taste as they should. My partner loves... capp with oat milk and peppermint syrup. Nothing complex, right? However, in a couple of other Starbucks venues her drink tasteddifferently (not from a good perspective). At Walden Gates we are 100% sure, that everything will be perfect. Read more
