The worst shopping experience at Safeway I?ve ever had? A person at the customer service desk greets you saying ?What do you... need??. It is not quite polite even in daily conversation, and absolutely unacceptable when dealing with customers. Then, one ofthe cashiers drops by asking if you are being helped. When you reply with ?No?, she says I am a cashier and goes for break? Itwas a rhetorical question I guess? That is really sad! Our family is used to shopping at Safeway, but since we moved to ArbourLake, we will perhaps start going to Coop. Read more

I didn't catch their name, but the barista who served my mother and I this morning around nine was awesome! Very kind, friendly,... and knowledgeable, and makes a great peppermint mocha. They set our day off on a very positive note, I hope that they get theirreuseable holiday cup. Read more
