Super slow drive thru! Avoid peak times at this Starbucks. Inside and the drive thru are packed during these times and they... can?t handle the rush. This is one of two Starbucks in the area, and given the population and the clientele here, theseStarbucks aren?t able to handle the amount of people who visit. Stopped for a nice refresher on a hot day; ordered two drinks, an iced black tea lemonade and a strawberry açai refresher with... lemonade . The iced tea was mostly water and had very little flavour and no lemonade. The strawberry açai refresher was evenworse; there was no lemonade and the added extra strawberry base, which made the drink very strange, almost sour. There musthave been something wrong with the strawberry inclusions as well, as I was violently ill about half an hour after consuming onlyhalf of the grande size. This location has never been able to make a drink correctly. Last time i went, i asked for lactaidmilk in my iced chai, as it is the only milk i can drink. As i went to take my first sip, i caught the sticker on my cup andnoticed that they did not make it with lactaid milk, which made me violently ill as well. Do better creekside starbucks. Read more
Staffs here need proper training. Either that or they just don't really care about what they're serving. Always serve different... measurement of drink, it always taste different. I'm not gonna buy here anymore. I'm done giving this store a chance. Read more
Very friendly staff and great service. The place was very well maintained and tidy! The ambiance was very good. They have drive... through as well. Great place to grab a Starbucks drink or a coffee for that, and hangout for a while. Good location as well,ample parking space as well! Read more

Staff are often great and the drinks are delicious. It is a busy spot however incredibly slow and moving through the line ups.... Drive thru is often many cars long and while you may order quickly in store, the wait can be horrendous. Read more
