Constant flow of traffic coming in and out of the store, but the baristas were quick and efficient preparing everyone?s orders.... I was greeted immediately and I had my order within minutes. The only downside is there does not seem to be a drive thru. Read more

Just wow. The staff is the sweetest, always welcoming and have not had my drink made bad so I?d give them a 12/10. My favourite... place to study, only wish they had more classical music but I listen to it on my own anyways. Quick service and kind people,great menu asides. Read more

The wait was a bit long but the employee apologized and was very pleasent. My reason for 3 stars is the amount of times not only... this starbucks but any Starbucks I've been to (with a moblie order) that does not read the coffee order. The amount of times Ihave ordered a flat white with caramel drizzle on top (.60cents) and not received what I ordered is TOO MANY. Im not asking forsome crazy complicated drink!! I just want drizzle on top!!!! You think if I'm making a Mobile order I have time to stand thereand look inside every drink? What if the caramel already sunk? Can't see that. Read more

Normally they are fantastic here! Amazing customer service. My last experience was a little unfortunate though. I ordered my... usual venti drink and the cup was so messed up. I did not realize until I was going to work with my husband on the car, pickedup my cup and it dropped and spilled all over him and the car. The lid wasn't staying on and I lost a decent amount of my drink.But other than that, amazing place! Read more

I did not realize until I was going to work with my husband on the car, pickedup my cup and it dropped and spilled all over him and the car. Very disappointed in customer service this morning. As usual on entering the store both workers greeted me. No one else was in... the store. I went up to the counter and never really got served. Instead beans were put in containers, more coffee was beingprepared, and I guess mobile orders were being prepared. No communication like ?I?ll be with you in a second? which would havebeen accepted...but nothing! I eventually left suggesting to them that customer service was pretty important. Unacceptable! Worst experience ever in this starbucks, I was there with my wife on Tuesday evening. We were sitting beside the window and... enjoying our coffee. All of sudden this employee started cleaning up the are with dry broom and doesn?t even care there arecustomers around and he is spreading dust all over in the air. After that he started doing wet mopping and left outside with thewet place without cleaning it up nicely. There was one pregnant lady tried walking over that wet place with soap on it, soscary. Employees here doesn?t care of their customers. Read more
