Megan was the most helpful Starbucks employee I have ever met. Very kind and bubbly in the morning and went above and beyond!... I?m so glad I found this location will be coming back often! In early March I went to get some treats for a colleague's birthday. The lady at the drive-through was SO AWESOME! She arranged... the 2 drinks in a tray (took off the extra 2 spots of the tray) and put it into a bag, placing treats beside the beverages, so Icould carry it with one hand. I laughed and said "This is great! Thanks so much for making my life easier!" She laughed andreplied "Hey! This isn't my first rodeo!" I would give zero stars if i could, first off the service was very slow and inefficient. We waited in the drive thru for about... 15 minutes for our drink and when we got it it was melting and watery because of how long it?s been sitting there. The asian guywith glasses that was cashier was very unprofessional. We we?re just telling him how unsatisfied we we?re with the service andour drink which should be reasonable, then told him we wouldn?t be coming back there again in which he gave a personal responsewith ?ok i hope i don?t see you again?, just rude and unnecessary. He didn?t even bother to offer us another drink when it wastheir fault for taking too long. This place is always time consuming so i would NOT recommend. I used my stars to pay for thisdrink and i felt like i could have saved it for something better elsewhere, overall this experience was not it and they need tostep up their game. Read more
