Employee in the morning was shockingly unhelpful. I smiled at her and stood at the counter for like 5 minutes when NO ONE was... around. She was doing dishes and puttering around not even making eye contact. I eventually asked her if she was open and shesaid yes but she was helping someone else. No one was around. Just read the reviews and i think every one star this location is getting is due to the lady that works in the morning. Ive been... going here for a couple years but usually in the afternoon and the girls are so nice. Going in the morning is a completelydifferent experience! The lady who maybe a manager is so unpleasant. The first couple times she was rude i just told myselfeveryone has bad days but nope she is consistently rude. It really is a shame because i Love this safeway and all the hardworking people, she is making people feel bad when they leave. Read more

Just ordered a grande caramel macchiato and oh boy! I think the lady who was making my coffee was still asleep and rude. It... didn't taste anything like macchiato, just a simple coffee with cream. She clearly also looked like not wanting to work and bethere! For a $5 coffee and having it as an integral part of your morning routine, your staff should be aware how it important itis to make and deliver the coffee with accuracy. I called asking if they still had red cups today November 17, 2022 & the gentleman who picked up was so nice and inviting... reassuring they had a few left. I even asked 2x to make sure because I was surprised and he was not once rude. Very goodcustomer service and will be opting for this location rather than the one in Bowridge who was very rude when I asked them.Bowridge needs to take note!
