Not Starbucks standards. My daughter wanted a pink drink, I asked the price for the different sizes and was told she could only... tell me if I ordered. The lady couldn't give me my points when I did order the Grande, never called me to say it was ready, thenserved up a drink with a mouldy strawberry on top. I found it difficult to reach the drink as someone had spilled a whole coffeeon the floor before I arrived.
