Clerks aren't organized at all. Clerk waited 10 minutes to check and realized they were out of coffee. Poor poor training here.
In line up for over half an hour. Slowest service I've ever seen. Whoever manages this should be in there working.

This Starbucks is conviently inside the Safeway at Apsen Landing. Unfortunately I have gone multiple times to order a coffee... frappicino, and it has come out tasting so bland and bitter. A couple times I have asked for it to be remade and still nothingchanges. I?ve learn?t to not order coffee drinks from this location, instead I usually order fruity drinks. My biggest complainttoday, I walked into Safeway at 7:25 and went straight to the Starbucks counter, the lady told me that she had closed the shopfor the day. This felt oddly early to me, so I look today into the hours to find that they are supposed to be open until 8. I?llstill continue to visit this location, just disappointed in the misinformation given by staff and the lack of training. Read more
