The staff working at this Starbucks Safeway were not trained well at all. Their communication was poor and inefficient. They had... many people waiting for over 10min for their drinks. I had to ask for a refund after waiting for 15min as I had to be somewhereand couldn?t wait any longer. By the time I left with my refund (no drink) it was 20min that had passed. I have never written anegative review but the training required for this type of service should be improved. It?s really not acceptable to have peoplewaiting over 15min for a simple drink. Read more

Smaller Starbucks located inside the Safeway. Staff didn't seem to know, how to make the Strawberry acai with Lemonade.. The... other girl was busy washing dishes and then helped a Safeway worker. Not a lot of options in this location, very small menucompared to those at Sobeys etc. Read more

HORRIBLE! I ordered the chocolate whipped cream cold brew and got a partially whipped Americano you see I don?t mind this if the... person wasn?t talking to her friends while making paying customers drinks oh I forgot the random guy. My sister also orderedhers were also made incorrectly no wonder I never go here and will continue not to go here. Read more

I'll admit the drinks can be a bit pricey but I quite enjoy them! There's so many different options and different aspects of... your drink can be customized which is nice. I wouldn't say I've ever had "bad service". Read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Had called once for some new cups they had. I asked if they could hold them for me the guy... said sure. I go the next day to pickup all the way from airdrie area only to be told sorry we don?t have them they were put backand sold, we couldn?t hold them. BUT the next time I call to find something I find out they let someone come in Buy all the cupsof the one I wanted. I am so furious that they won?t hold when asked yet they let customers come in a clean the shelves of cupsso no one else has a chance. This is why I call and ask to have them hold. Read more

Wow! Eye rolls anyone? Is this how we treat customers? Also let's complain about the order to the other staff member because... there was "so many drinks to make", they were warned in advance about how we needed 6 drinks. I could not believe this additude.When asking for a second tray, get ready for even more 'tude. My drink wasn't made correctly, no coffee syrup in a frap thatliterally had the word MOCA in the title. Like if you don't like your job, why work there? They're not making for a pleasantexperience. Read more

One staff member was very helpful and did most of the work for all the customers while the other seemingly argued or something... with another higher ranking staff member. Seemed a little odd, otherwise great service and following Covid-19 rules well Read more
