Hands down, the greatest Starbucks out there. All because of their incredible staff. I became a regular after only 3 visits,... where I was asked if I want my usual. They would always go above and beyond what was necessary and really connected with theircustomers, getting to know them personally, making each experience at this location all the better. I work nearby this location and the staff are so lovely, however they are always out of stock of common items. Most of the time... I have gone the display case only has 4 or 5 items available and then when I ask about one of the items in the case it?s notavailable. Whether it?s cold brew, wraps, pastries or anything I?ve gone 6 times in the past 2 weeks and something I?ve wantedis not available. Super annoying, and it makes me not want to go here because it is a waste of time. Disappointing as the staffis lovely but they definitely have issues with their stock. Read more
This is one of the more beautiful Starbucks I've been in, but the cashier was still being trained and wasn't really sure of the... drink I asked for. They were really nice about it and we figured it out eventually. Although, I had asked for it to be decaf afew times but it ended up still being caffeinated, which is bad for the medications I'm on. Something to keep an eye or ear outfor. The other reviews here are raving so I'm sure this was just a simple trainee mistake and things will be better next time! Read more
Every time I have gone into this location, all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Specifically, Eden goes above and beyond... to get to know the customer and it doesn?t go unnoticed.
