The service has been awful. There were two girls. One of the girls was chatting with other costumers instead of making my order.... The other worker was cleaning so she can leave early while I was waiting 15 MINUTES for my small drink. After that, they finallydecided to start working and made a drink for a person that came AFTER me. 20 minutes of the awful wait is unacceptable andhorrendous. Won?t be back. Read more

This got to be my worst Starbucks experience ever! I waited for the staff to be done chitchatting with her coworker, giving the... other girl instructions what items are charged. They themselves were complaining about how Starbucks charge for every littlecustomization. First, kindly do keep your complaints about the company paying you to yourselves. Customers don?t need to hearthat. Second, please don?t let a customer wait for your non-sense, unnecessary chitchats to be done before you even acknowledgethem. The barista working July 28th 2022 was very unfriendly . I asked her to make a special drink I?ve been seeing everywhere online... . Her response was ? I guess I can try? . Then continued to not follow special instructions of adding extra sweet cream foamwhich I paid for . She then made my boyfriends simple vanilla bean frap wrong . We tried to get this fixed but she was busymaking someone else?s drink and for over 5 min never turned around . We decided to walk out , I won?t be back to this location . Read more

My husband went there earlier. Ordered Iced caramel macchiato for mine, and mocha cookie crumble for his. This location sucks!... Probably not going back here! Caramel macchiato, doesn?t have caramel? For real? My husband did ask before he went out, if theyput caramel in it and the lady said, yes they did. And as I mixed it, tasted it, I didn?t taste any caramel in my coffee! THEIRTEAM WAS LACK OF UNITY! Very slow, as in very very very slow! Because the other lady is ?training? and the one who trained justaccepting customers? orders, not even helping her doing the orders. Just there wanted to stand on the till. There?s nothingwrong for us if their service was very slow but make our coffee worth the wait, and worth the price! This is the only starbuckslocation I knew that I can?t drink their coffee. I was so DISAPPOINTED! If you want a better service, and best coffee (which youdon?t need to go back to their store to complain something they forgot) just go to other location instead. Read more

Horrible customer service for many reasons. There?s a girl the with lighter brown hair in a bun at the till maybe the SSV and is... always rude when asked anything like she is bothered to do her job. Next is the fact that I called in to have something held forme for only a few hours to be told no it?s all on a FCFS basis which ok I can understand YET when I went on Sunday they had allthe new merch out 2 weeks early!!!!!!! AND ALL HELD?!? Like wth I was not able to purchase the item I wanted because of this.It?s sad that not all Starbucks are held to the same standards like hold or don?t but put all the employees on the same page.Not to mention they are always out of something when you go and sadly aren?t very welcoming like normal. I have visited this place once and from that only visit I can say it is a great location. Inside of the Save on foods, it has a... few tables outside and a few inside, the baristas are very nice and polite and like any other Starbucks they offer pretty decentcoffee options. If in the area I would not hesitate to come back to.it. Read more

Product quality good or what you would expect from Starbucks. Service was a bit slow as they were training staff which I was OK... with but I had sometime to waste so I was OK with the wait. Overall friendly staff and product quality was good. Read more
