Very rude server today at Subway Tuscany NW, whoever you are a manager or an employee!! You shouldn't treat your customer like... that. I was in a line up for 10 or 15 minutes. After he helped the previous customers who is ahead of me. He didn't even removedhis gloves after he made their sandwiches. He was wearing the plastic gloves while punching the machine and touched the money.Then when it's my turn, I suggested to change his gloves because I saw him touched the previous customer's money. And I justwanted to remind him to change his gloves just to make sure before he will make my sandwich his gloves are clean. Nobody wantsto eat a dirty and contaminated sandwich.Then he replied, "you're not ready next customer please". Very, very bad experiencedand I will not come back to this store again. I will not recommend this Subway not clean at all and very rude old guy. So cheapto work alone with his business. Bad service and sandwich don't go to this Subway and don't waste your money for this poorquality sandwich. And he charge $0.14 cents for the brown paper bags. Money maker. Read more

Not good experience at all. First of all, they do not open at 8am as they posted online. And when you showing a coupon, the... owner show your his poor attitude right away. If you don't want the customers use the coupons from their mailboxes, then youshould ask Subway to stop sending them out, but being rude to your customers. Read more

The subway in Tuscany is so great! I've never met kinder staff at any subway. The nice man making our subs took the time to... label all our sandwiches (my kids initials and "mom" & "dad"), he made suggestions for our picky eater and he was incrediblygenerous with a little treat for my kiddo. They close and open whenever they want. Should be open till 9 but I went at 8 and they were closed. Not only are they incredibly... stingy when it comes to their toppings/veggies but their prices are more expensive than other subways, more specifically therocky ridge location. I'd much rather drive a few minutes more than to give mine and my family's business to this location everagain. Read more

A very good Subway. A kid was short on cash to pay for his sub and the manager helped out while teaching a come pay us back... later when you're able to lesson. Was a kind move and nice to see. Read more

Google reviews really needs to offer a "No Star'' option. I have lived in Tuscany for nearly 20 years. This Subway, and... specifically its management have not shown that they care about customers, the product they produce, or what anyone says aboutthem. They are rude almost every time and I simply don?t understand why. I truly don't know how Subway continues to allow themto operator this franchise. Just look at the many terrible reviews? I will not get into the 'multiple' bad experiences I've had,with exception of the last one. I ordered 4 subs for takeout, to be consumed on a road trip. I found a hair in my sandwich. Myson had cheese when no cheese was requested. No napkins were provided. So, big deal.....I guess not, although these small issuesseem to be frequent with this Subway. What really got me was the request to return the sandwiches so new ones could be given.Well,....100kms away, this was now not possible. Reluctantly, the owner decided to give me a full refund. I appreciated that.HOWEVER, upon going into the store, as I was given a loaded subway card for the value of my sandwiches, I was told "Please don'tever come back". Well......that made me laugh. I guess I should write an apology letter for complaining. Oh yah, and I'm alsosorry for putting YOUR hair in my sandwich and not being happy about it. This Tuscany Subway location never fails! Service is always friendly and fast, I?ve been served many times by each family... member, mostly the dad (Sam) though, and it?s always a pleasant experience. I make it a point to go to this location because itnever disappoints. My sandwich is always super fresh, delicious and made right. They are the only subway I?ve ever been to thatcuts the deli meat lengthwise so that it fits perfectly in the bun with no messy overhang. I?ve used this Subway location manytimes to cater my kids birthday parties and other family events (at least 5 or 6 times) over the years and it has always beenamazing, with guests raving about the food for months. I?m definitely a long time return customer and will continue to beone. ???? Read more
