Worst experience ever today I got new coupons in the mail the coupon specifically saying buy any footlong and get another for... 2$. The people are the coop subway are super stingy. First I gave them the coupon and they said I had to choose between 4specific subs which wasn?t even on the deal. Again the deal specifically said buy any footlong. Then she proceeded to call hermanager and give my brother the phone to talk to her. Very unprofessional. Manager on the phone said she will give us any subbut the second sub will only be 2$ off original price not for 2$. We told the lady working that the coupon said the second subwas 2$ she said to read the coupon and that it didn?t say that. We then said we would go to another location. Then gave ussnarky looks as we walked out and made comments in their language. Went to the subway by Walmart excellent service they saw thecoupon and gave us the exact deal the coupon said. First time I?ve ever had to leave a review because the service was so horrible. Very cheap location with very unfriendly staff,... I had a coupon that she refused to use because she said it was new? She then proceeded to call her manager and gave me the phoneto talk to her manager about my concerns which was very unprofessional. I told her I would take the coupon to a different subwaybecause clearly they werent trying to let me use the coupon and as I left they started to cuss me out in Hindi. I speak Hindi.Get new staff. Sick of getting stale cookies from this location. I believe they are supposed to be baked fresh daily, right? I noticed on my... recent visit that there was a big uncovered bin of loose cookies in the fridge behind the counter. I assume that?s yesterday?sor the day before a cookies. Cookies don?t go bad in a day, obviously, but we aren?t paying for day old cookies. We are payingfor fresh baked cookies. I also had to request to not be given browning lettuce in my sandwich? I just don?t trust thefreshness of the food at this location and will likely not be returning. I went here with my brother and we were essentially yelled at to hurry up. The employees were rolling their eyes at us and... giving us sass the entire time. They didn?t even ask if my brother wanted a sandwich aswell (even though he was waiting at theend to get a sandwich too) and they shamed me for not telling them he wanted one. They also had me pay before they even finishedthe sandwiches, and gave us a complimentary cookie in hopes of getting a tip. By far the worst customer service experiences I?vehad at a subway. This subway is managed by amazing people. Made a large order for a working lunch and the service was beyond phenomenal specially... given there was a snow storm. Starting from delivery to the perfection of variety of sandwiches, salads and other stuff. Thestore was generous with quantities and our team truly loved it. Keep up the great work :) Read more
