Exceptional Staff. With subway stores everywhere and all having the same strict control on the food, it can often be difficult... to decide which one is worth visiting, in my experience it?s the staff that make this location. It is not uncommon to visit afast food restaurant and find a less then enthusiastic employee behind the counter, this restaurant and specifically thislocation breaks away from that norm, with team members that greet you, and are willing to have a conversation with you that ismore then just about your order. The food was good, but why did we bother ordering ahead? We arrived 15 minutes after placing our online order (the time the app... said it would be ready) only to discover they hadn?t even begun it. The store was not busy and no explanation was given. Verydisappointing. Read more

New coupon came in the mail today for a buy ANY footlong get another for 2$ I went to the coop subway as it was closer to my... house, they didn?t allow the coupon saying I had to choose between four specific subs and only get 2$ off on the second. Leftthat store and came to this one for great customer service. We showed them the coupon and they immediately made the foodrequested absolute great customer service. Shoutout to Jay, Parul and Megnas who helped me and my brothers out today. It wasMegnas? second today and he showed us much better service than the employees down at coop subway every could. Best subway in Calgary. The new green goddess sauce is fantastic and I love that they added smashed avocado for a topping.... Subway gained 12 social hipster points for the newest firmware update and 5 culture points. Read more

Vegetables cut PAPER THIN to save them money. Never fresh vegetables and the bread is off. Still chewy n doughy even after... getting the sandwich toasted. Zero consistency. Living nearby still isn't enough for me to go back. Staff had a polite attitudebut stop.. stop with the paper thin vegetables. As a franchise you're probably not even allowed to do that. And stop withpushing the limit on trying to make your vegetables last. You will get someone very sick one day. Raise the standards for whereyou are living now. In 2005 I used to work at a Subway franchise and let me tell you. Accountability wasn't a super power backthen. Read more

Wow, I can?t believe how rude the woman is at this store. Horrible attitude, slow, unreasonable and rude. Refused my order with... loud voice with no reason she could justify after I waited in the line for 15 minutes only because she thinks I have a validunexpired coupon which she doesn?t want to honour. I was astonished. Never had this happening to me. And she claims to be thestore owner at this location?. Subway customers and real owner BEWARE. Customers with coupons should not be bullied. This ladyis turning away loyal customers and businesses in a disgusting and cheap way. Read more
