If I could give this subway a zero I would! I have been a few times and everytime it is horrible. They are so rude and so... unsanitary. I am actually not sure how they have not been shut down. They never and I mean never change their gloves. They willtouch the register and then your food without washing hands or changing their gloves. I have had them touch the register withbare hands and then handle my sandwich with the same bare dirty hands. They should be changing between each order and they donot. I have to ask them everytime to change their gloves and then they get so rude. We do not eat pork and they will make asandwich with bacon and then get mad when I make them change their gloves before making mine. With their background, theydefinitely know the importance of this. I usually don't leave google reviews but avoid this subway at all costs. The staff was cleaning the tables and chairs.. then... grabbed gloves and started to touch the vegetables. I can only imagine what else is done in the back ground. Terrible service.no greeting. "Deepti" and the rest of the that subway team need to be replaced. I am astounded. Might be one of the worst Subways in the city. Slow service, all ESL with no understanding of what a green pepper is..... (basically got pickles offered as a "green pepper"). Clearly nepotism/family hires. Subway is supposed to be set up as anassembly line.. one person cuts bun, adds cheese, passes to the veggie person, then the cashier.. that whole setup is bustedhere. Avoid. Just grab one of the deli sandwiches from Sobeys if you're stuck in the area, otherwise go to any otherlocation. I pray this location goes under and is replaced with something competent. Go to the Mahogany location. The two employees were unenthusiastically chatting to each other in a foreign dialect and... completely ignoring the requests I was making for customizations. I actually had to repeat "no not toasted" three times in 30seconds. While I understand this place probably pays minimum wage and is not very exciting to work at I do expect some attentionto be paid while making the sandwich. I won't return to this location and suggest you avoid it for the other two locations thatare within blocks of this one. Read more
Food is fine...once they stop ignoring you and chatting to each other. But the staff here give preferential treatment to those... they know when it comes to inside dinning. They had two people eating in and she refused to allow me to sit because they don'tallow in store dining right now. When I pointed out the two she said she knows them. Read more
Just did an order and it was not what we ask for. First all three subs where suppose to be toasted with the cheese, these are... not toasted at all. They screwed up on my mom order. And even trying to call to double check my order and they couldn?t even dothat after I repeated. Won?t be coming back again as the staff are very rude and don?t know what they are doing Read more
