I'm not sure what has happened to this shop but the customer service has declined significantly. Their buns are either... overproofed or day old reheats. Our order today was non-edible due to the dryness of the buns. The tops of the buns were darkand cracking. It's too bad that is is what their new standard is. I won't be back. Read more

Our subs were not made correct. The subs were absolutely substandard . Bread was dry & looked like it had been toasted & roasted... two to three times. No sauce on them. It was difficult to even bite the subs. We called in & talked to Shivani. She said to comeannytime & they will give us replacement subs. Me & my wife tested positive for CoVid so could not pick up the subs. Called intoday & Shavini accused me that we may have taken the sub. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Never will go to this Subway & alsorecommend all reading this review to never go to this SUBWAY. Read more

At that subway I have had many negative experiences with the customer service. They always seem to talk back, even though I am... just a customer trying to give them busniess. They also don't care about how your sub turns out and do the minimum/worse jobpossible. Like 3 toppings when you ask, burning the subs, throwing around the bread. They are always really angry and I canpromise your better off eating garbage. Your welcome. Read more

They have horrible customer service and subs. In all my experiences there the lady was never nice to me let alone anyone. They... makes subs personally, if they like you the sub is good if they don?t then they make it sloppy and take a long time to make ittoo. it?s not worth it you?d rather drive 5 kilometres to a different subway. Very rude staff and the sandwiches they make are very poor quality. I have had many interactions with the staff at this subway... and they couldn't even be bothered by satisfying the customer. They are very passive aggressive, burnt my sub, and tried torefuse service when they served 3 other customers before me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME!!! Read more

The last time I went a newbie was making my sub, and I understand that newbies will make mistakes, but it should be on the... restaurant to make make sure my sub wasn't a sloppy mess. What happened was, the newbie in hire made was making my sub and tookhis time, but right at the very end dropped the ball and sloshed my sub and fillings all over the wrapping. Instead of making anew sub another employee stuffed all the stuff back and handed it to me AFTER I had paid. I didn't even bother reciprocating andjust left with my slop and threw it out in the garbage beside the entrance. I didn't even bother getting annoyed, because I wasmore disappointed than anything else, that they even THOUGHT that it was right to serve that. Read more

Typical, good, Subway taste, but exceptional service! I don't remember their names but the two employees that helped me need... some recognition! I went to this location at 8:30pm on Aug14 2021 and asked about their platters and how it worked. They need24 hours of notice to make these things due to how much work they can be, and staffing, etc. But I wanted to order for 11:30amthe next day. Big bummer. Well the young woman who was working at the time went above and beyond by calling the person who wasset to work the next day and asked if they could make it work. She didn't have to do any of that, but she got my order in! Iswung by at 11:30 and picked up my platter even though another young lady was by herself just working away. It was neatly madeand exactly to order. I was a hero at the party thanks to both of these fine employees. Thanks so much! Read more
