I can?t believe how rude the store was when I ordered online I accidentally pressed just turkey and when I went to pick it up... they refused to Change my bread which I told her that I cannot eat this brown bread. The clerk had to call her manager whoadvised her that no they would not fix my sandwich they are too cheap to change a bread that cost probably $.25 to make? For acustomer to be happy. I don?t understand why they don?t care about their customers that pay for their business? It was my firsttime using the online app. I did not know that it automatically comes with veggies and brown bread. it is disgraceful that theywould not change it! Ordered through Skip the dishes. We ordered two subs both with cheese and extra cheese. We received the order with no cheese on... either sub. One was a pizza sub and the other was a veggie. They were gross without the cheese and skip the dishes would notrefund the money for the extra cheese. I will never order from this location again!!! Previous to this order we received twosubs we ordered but on the wrong bread!!!! I never complained about that but now I am as this is twice in a row they screwed up.Clearly the staff can't read an order. Pathetic!! Read more
Went there on sunday for the buy 2 get 1 free deal. Decided to get the deal and buy one more by itself. We asked the lady twice... for the buy 2 get one free and she said yes. She then charged us on all 4 sandwhiches and claimed that it came out like that onthe system when she put it in. We asked for the number of the manager because we did not want to be charged on all 4. She saidit's on the reciept and when we called, it came out to be a catering number. Very not happy with the service this time,especially when we had asked before hand.
