Giving a 3 star as I have been here many times but this last order was just bad. Ordered the family size option online for $50... and for pick up. Picked up, got home and just nothing was really good. Ordered 2 orders of 2 legs per meal, got 3 pieces. One ofthose orders was supposed to be dark meat, was not. Chicken was good, homestyle fries, sweet potato fries and the chicken wingswere bad....tasted like they were day(s) old just reheated. Overall this batch was not good but normally decent. Read more
We ordered through the app on here. We order from here quite often. The correct address was given. The driver went to the wrong... address. He contacted us and we asked him if he put in the right postal code. He had not. So he said on his way. Half hourpassed. My boyfriend calls swiss chalet and wants a refund. It's been over an hour now... $50 order. The manager refuses to talkto him. He can hear the manager talking in the background refusing to talk to him. The young girl (she was fine, if anything hefelt sorry for her dealing with this instead of a manager) on the phone offered $20 credit. Then $25. It was a no. Give a refundbecause we will never be back. The driver said we gave him the wrong address. Which we did not. It's all correct in the app!!!!Terrible customer service overall. And really poor management skills on that managers part.. They should really look at who theyhave on their staff. Read more
The waitresses are fantastic here! Food is great, especially the chicken thighs, caesar salads, and fries. Just tried the... Nashville chicken burger and it was okay. I thought it would be like a wet wing sauce but it was dry, not too spicy (aboutmedium). I've had better chicken burgers at other restaurants. I'll stick to the quarter chicken dinner next time. Table felt a little sticky; could have been cleaned better. Staff was friendly and efficient. The Crispy Chicken Ice Cream... Sandwich was very good, messy if you don't eat it fast enough! Read more
Asked for Gluten Free and got a bun on top of the chicken. Seems to be a common thing with all Swiss Chalet locations
