Ordered through UberEats and our 2 orders of Chips and Salsa were missing from our order. Called the restaurant, they claimed to... have put the food in the bag. They told me to call the driver. I went in on Tuesday, September 27. I ordered one regular chicken burrito and large deluxe fries with beans. I asked to make... sure no beef was in the order as it is against my religion. After a long wait I got my food to go and in my car took a bite ofthe burrito to realize it was a beef burrito. I went back in to get it changed only to be met with attitude and the excuse, "I'mnew." I get that it would be fine with training but beef is against my religion and I told them that. I had to ask for my item 6times while she was holding it because she kept saying "I'm new and I'm sorry." I eventually had to tell her how I didn't carefor her excuses and I just wanted my item & to leave. Most taco times have a sticker on their burritos to avoid this issue butthey didn't put any stickers on the packaging so I think my order and another person's order got mixed up. I got home and openedthe large deluxe fries which were half full basically the same amount as the regular. The corrected burrito barely had anyfilling. I will not be back. Read more

They need to hire more staff. It's constantly busy at this location, but they only have 1 person making your order, and 1 person... serving customers. So you end up waiting a very long time, and your food order is always mixed up. The staff are nice, but theyare overworked. Look at all the other complaints about this location, it's a common theme here. **Management will reply to thiswith a stock empty apology, as they have with the other complaints. Quality of food was poor, the two staff could have better customer service skills. We place a $24 order and got two plastic... half-filled hot sauces. I would like to give 5 star for the taco time located at aviation customer service. I ordered food online and when we reached... there it's was all ready on time . We didn't had to wait or ask for anything. Taco time has best Mexican food perfect taste forkids and adults.. mexi fries is one of the worth trying dish.. Read more
