The food is fine, but they always seem to overcharge. Their specials never come up as advertised, and you have to argue with... them over 50 cents (most are too embarrassed to do that). Update: the food has become terrible. Got a $12 bowl of chicken soup,and it was just an over-salted bowl of goopy noodles with the occasional piece of translucent chicken and a few slivers ofcarrots. Truly terrible. I have gone a few times as it's in the building having the pad sew and green curry. Absolutely flavorless and... the pad sew is very oily. The chicken in the curry is boiled in consistency, and chewy. Shocking that this place is still aroundand has a line. Read more

As my office recently moved close to this location, I have given it three tries: 1. Ordered Shrimp Pad Thai, medium spice.... Received Chicken Pad Thai, extra spicy. I was annoyed, but mistakes get made. 2. Ordered Shrimp Pad Sew, no spice & an imperialroll. Received Shrimp Pad Sew, no spice. Had to remind them of the imperial roll - 5-7 minutes later that comes out. The foodwas what I expected and at least the roll was fresh. 3. Today. Ordered Shrimp Pad Thai, no spice. Received Chicken Pad Thai, no spice. I'm annoyed and done with this location. The staff is blunt and come across as miserable. I'll find a local optionand stick to other Thai Express locations. I always ask for my meal to stay but it's most of the time put into a to go box which I'm pretty sure the portions are smaller.... I paid $17 for a small to go box and 4 dumplings. I can't afford to eat here any longer. Read more
I like the pad Thai. Prices are okay but a little overpriced for food court.
Thai Express is always delicious. Stays open later than other food places in the building. Usually quite a line at lunch though.
