The service and quality of the salads have sure changed. I regularly get salads from 3 locations of The Chopped Leaf. This one... is by far the worst. The dressing (Goddess) is always very thin & oily not creamy like it should be. The lettuce, really mostof the time has seen better days. As we have enjoyed 18+ different chopped leaf locations in our travels in the last two years we decided to give this location a... try. I am hoping we found an evening that something happened and they were understaffed because when we arrived there were 2couples ahead of us and 2 folks waiting for food. This was too much for the 2 people working to handle in an efficient manner.The food was taking much longer to get prepared and the person working the point of sale kept leaving between orders slowingthat process down as well. Once our food was ordered we sat and waited for the orders before us to get processed. When theycalled for my wife's salad and soup I went up and got it for her. There was still no mention of my quesadilla and soup. Then Iwatched as an extremely over-cooked was pulled from the salamander and cut and plated before being called for, I then askedabout the second soup and only then was it prepared. Taking the quesadilla back to my table I ate the soup and waited until therush was over before asking for it to be replaced with one that was not so over cooked. The cook apologized and made me a muchbetter one now that they were not too busy. Once that was corrected all of the food was fantastic, but I have to remove a staras the burnt should have just been discarded and another made with an apology for the wait, not severed. Read more
The guy working on April 8 was very friendly, double checked my order was right and was speedy! As for the food I ordered a... sunshine starter salad, and a bbq quesadilla. Personally, I?m just not a huge fan of the salad and the lettuce used for it. Butthe quesadilla was amazing ! Very good! The seating area is very comfortable. My only real ?complaint? was the bathroom, whichwhile not dirty, had a leaking soap dispenser, tape on the walls, etc. but overall I liked my experience here and may stop byfor another quesadilla in the future! Their salad bowls are great even without meats! But the fast service of all the crew makes this location one of the best there... is. That?s why we always go here for a quick lunch on the go! Read more
Go once and awhile, everything is fresh, tastes great! Lots of parking, clean washrooms. Clean inside. Great selection of... different eats. My only issue, it?s a little bit more expensive compared to the Mexican place next door. But comparable. Read more
I had the delicious Pegasus salad. Portion is substantial and there is an abundance of ingredients/toppings. One thing that... stood out was the customer service. Not only did they make the food quickly, they also brought it to the table and later checkedto see if I was enjoying it. This particular location is clean, spacious, and well lit. The style of tables and chairs give itmore of a restaurant feel. Read more
