I would give this place 0 if I could, first of all the chilli (large) I ordered was cold and I was given half an old/hard bun,... she wouldn?t give me a full bun which it always comes with. Timbits I ordered were hard and crusty and she had a bad attitude. Read more

I love the staff here. I will say, being patient and having kind words towards every single person that works there does pay... off. I find everyone here wants to get to know you especially when you go to this tim hortons often, and I can honestly respectthat about these employees. They know how to get the job done, and hand out great coffees and food with the happiest of smiles. Read more
I don?t understand why they make literally everyone pull away and park to wait for one coffee. The past two days there was NO... ONE in the line and I still had to go park somewhere to wait. The lady was standing outside with my coffee before I could evenpark my car. What exactly is the point of that???? Annoyed , will choose a different location :) Read more

First off? I think the drive thru microphone is in need of an update. Was trying to order 2 simply sausages and some hash browns... and a drink, but got so fed up with her rudely telling me to speak up when my boyfriend and I were both trying to yell into thespeaker outside the car window. I then paid for two simply sausages and received a simply egg and cheese, no meat at all, thestaff were also not very pleasant over all and were extremely rushed even tho there were so many employees working at 9am.Anyways? don?t go here. I will star being positive: staff is nice and polite. Now the other side... I ordered some Timbits on my app. When I got there... the attendant was picking my timbits with the same gloves that she would use to take the other customer's cash - I stood therefor a while to watch this. I also noticed there were like 3 flies inside the place where they keep the Donuts and Timbits, andthe door of the compartment was open. I asked the attendant if it was normal to keep that open, she said it was . I mentionedthe flies and she acted as nothing was wrong. I "return" the Timbis and she gave me my money back. I used to drive through, Iam happy I went inside I saw their cleanness. Not buying there anymore. Sorry, i don't want to sound mean, but common, that isdisgusting. Read more
If I could give a zero I for sure would. One of the worst Tim Hortons drive thru. Not only was the wait time unacceptable, the... service and food was too. Only 3 cars ahead of me and it took over 12 mins. I asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese andthere was barely any on it. Very dry. Even when I asked for butter. Coffee was by far NOT a dbl dbl ..it had way too much cream.Coffee was barely warm. Waste of time and waste of money!! Beyond frustrated. Do BETTER Tim Hortons. It's nowhere near what ituse to be. There was No Customer satisfaction met here. I do not recommend this location. BRUTAL! Read more
