They need to start hiring people who are fluent or at least proficient in English! It just doesn?t make sense to have me give my... order to someone who doesn?t speak good English or understand ANYTHING I?m saying. I ordered the chilli and cheese wedges, andthey told me there was no chilli, so I told them I?ll have potato wedges with dip since I was in a hurry. I couldn?t understandanything she was saying. I thought I was paying for what I asked for, but turns out she made me pay for chilli and cheesewedges, and then had me pull over and wait for several minutes for it. On the 23rd of August at 12:45 pm the lady who took our order at the drive thru was extremely rude we asked for 2 plain bagels... with cream cheese instead she gave us 2 4 cheese bagels with cream cheese when we clarified our order she gave us attitude yelling that?s what we ordered. 8/10 times the staff can't get the order correct. 2 times today they got a grilled cheese melt wrong! It was to be double... Toasted. It did not even brown the bread or melt the cheese. When asked to fix it.... I swear it was microwaved. When askingfor an item they often key in the wrong item. Ask for no whipped topping and they rarely get that right. You should give option for leaving no star. This location is horrible, actually a lot of them are. I use Tim?s a lot but this... location is very bad. From the constant beggars by the drive though, to the extremely rude service to subpar food to wrongorders to staff who don?t speak a lick of English. The Filipinos are the worst. They?re bad no matter where they work, but inthis location it?s so bad with them I can?t even find words. Everyone needs to be fired. The Indian ladies are No better. Notbeing racist, just a fact. But?. A few nights ago and I?m talking the middle of the night I encountered a young man at the drivethrough who spoke perfect English and he was so polite he sent me into a state of shock. Overall the environment and service was not bad. Iced Cap was good as usual. Breakfast wraps and biscuits didn?t taste good
Stopped by this location for new coffee and washroom break. First off not sure the owners of this Tim Hortons / Wendy's care... about the cleanliness of the building especially the washrooms. I've used truck stop washrooms that were cleaner. The small ofthe washroom was like no other kinda like a bad portable toilet. The service was okay and the coffee was made correctly. Therestaurant as a whole has lots of either broken or not working things. And the Crack heads in the parking lot put the icing onthe cake. Read more
