Do NOT come to this Tim if you have choices ~ we had experienced wrong orders, missed orders for so many times. Yesterday... breakfast sausage WITHOUT sausage, today is cold harsh brown and hard burned biscuits (felt like re-cooked left overs)...Do noteven mention the diluted waterish "coffee"... When I asked please make sure you prepare the food correctly. They said youshould check your order before you leave...Gosh LOL...the only reason we come for fast food is I'm running out of time so notime to check. Regular Tim Hortons nothing special. This spot seems super busy in morning the residents in Panaroma coming to have breakfast... here. Food looks fresh and well prepared store feels clean. Was want to order potato bacon soup but they don't have it soinstead get the spicy Thai chicken soup, it's surprisingly delicious I think this right now is on my list if I go Tim's forfood. Good ambient with friendly stuff. Recommend this location. Read more
What?s the use of the offer 20% off soup and sandwich deal and lining up to find out there barely any soups ready. Only chicken... noodle, and Thai missing 6 other choices. Mother needed a vege option after the hospital. Just lined up in the queue only toleave empty handed. You would expect that Tim?s app offers should be a focus. The Asian guy just stand there and didnt say anything to ask me... go over serve me.. when my order is here... no one say out wat is it ..... so who knows which order is belong to who ? I went to Tim Hortons today, at this location. The place was full of flies, they were all over the doughnuts and they were... selling them like that. People put trust on them and this should not be happening. They place should be clean and free frompests on the food being sold. Read more
Tim Hortons is a bit overrated. Also don?t come here just for coffee it?s not worth it. The prices are decent tho and it?s a... good place to stop for lunch. Timbits taste pretty premade. Read more
The drive thru here is usually fast unlike the one in Evanston. However they only have a single drive thru lane so sometimes the... queue goes deep into the parking lot. Inside the Tim Hortons, there are no plugs available for keeping your laptop or devicesplugged in which is usual for a coffee place... even the one in Evanston has them. I'm closer to Evanston but sometimes the TimHortons app automatically sent me here for pickup. One time I was inside the Evanston store and it sent me here to pick up mydrinks lol. Read more
Very rude and unfriendly staff specifically the one who served us, Lanie. Upon telling her that our order was not upto the mark.... The cheese melts we ordered was burnt from one side and uncooked from other and potato wedges were cold. I returned the wedgesand informed the staff that since my daughter was hungry, she ate the melts. The staff started saying that I want free stuff. Iwas literally taken aback by this as I had already paid for my order. Not expected from such a famous and well known chain. Read more
