Just watched the drive thru staff of this location being extremely rude to an elderly lady who was having problems hearing them... through the speaker. I guess she didn't order properly? Or well enough for the staff?? They were beyond rude and arrogant, madeher drive around and go through the lanes again and then warned her they would refuse service next time. Place after renovations is very good and sooo. Clean .. u can track your order easily from the orders screen
I can't eat egg, so I asked for a Simply Sausage Biscuit (the one that doesn't have egg) and they added egg for no reason so now... I can't eat my order. Thanks! *Update* I called and they said next time I come in they'll replace the sandwich. Read more
Absolutely disgusted with this place and will not return again. I ordered a steeped tea through their drive thru and as I was... waiting in line I saw the lady in front of me get her drink, take a sip, and then hand it back to the person working the window.The worker then handed her a different drink and food and she drove up. When I got to the window, I paid for my drink and washanded a drink you could see was already drank. When I alerted them to it the worker only changed the lid. I expressed mydisgust and the girl said it?s fine and pushed the drink at me. Completely unacceptable and I will not ever be returning to thislocation again. Read more
Very Bad experience. The place was very dirty, food on the floor, spills and tables not cleaned. I talked to the supervisor but... all she said is that they were attending the drive-through, and didn't send anybody to clean. Would not recommend anyone comehere or support this business anymore. Again this location fails .. over and over again. I don't know why I still try to give them a chance. Besides the staff being... stunned. No one knows what's going on or how to do anything. I wanted to pay with cash after they had to have me repeat my order6 times. She kept holding the debit machine out to me. I asked her to get me the order. She said you have to pay. I said I havecash. She starred blankly at me not saying a word like a deer in the headlights. From ordering tea being told they don't havethat to going directly back through drive through, and able to order the tea and recieve it less that 5 min apart from theorders. This is unbelievable.. the staff are rude and unhelpful. They never know what to do and almost look unsure of the wordsbeing spoken. This is not a great representation of Tim Hortons or the chain. This location fails daily. Today was the laststraw.. they made a wrap incorrectly and not to mention it was soggy with so much sauce it was leaking every where. The drink Iordered was incorrect. I decided to not go back but instead post so others know to avoid this location. It's in your bestinterest. There is one just up the parking lot in a gas station and they far out service this full Tim's. Not to mention 64th orany other location in the city really. They don't deserve the one star I have to give to leave a review. Save yourself time ,sanity, and life and go elsewhere. Read more
I cannot complain about the customer service, since in my experience they treated me well, but I had to clean my own table (and... not that I had other choice, they were all dirty). There are no power outlets, so forget about sitting while your phonecharges,or if you want to use your computer just like at other Tim Hortons in town. Read more
Incredibly rude staff. We said we needed a few minutes to decide our order and after 10 minutes of waiting we had to yell... "excuse me" 3 times for anyone's attention. One girl told us she didn't start until 9pm and then laughed at us and went back totalking to the other workers. The girl who took our order was laughing the whole time she was helping us. VERYYYYYunprofessional. I usually go through the drive thru and they can never hear my order. Now I understand why. Because they do notcare to listen or pay attention. Management needs to shape up and fix their staff. There was 4-5 people working behind thecounter and they were doing nothing but laughing and talking. Half the tables were dirty and no one was cleaning at all. Thebathroom was messy as well. No work ethic at all. AT YOUR JOB. Fire this whole staff team and hire someone with even 1 morebrain cell and it would be a whole lot better. Read more
