This is the worst location in the city. Staff is rude, slow and always look unhappy. Do not order any food from this store... either. Messy and slapped together and all around unappealing. Learly the managers and owners dont care. Pass this one by andgo to falconridge. Read more

Such a bad attitude at the window I asked for steep tea dd as I lift the drive trou I check the tea and it was like hot water... nothing was in it. Came back and the lady started questioning me what was wrong and bla bla . Wasted my 20 mnts just for a cupof tea and at the end she didn't even acknowledge this issue and she didn't care if I leave review .....bad service Read more

Besides the attitude, I asked for a 20 pack timbits, gives me a 10 pack, I came back and said "I wanted a 20 pack" she grabs me... a second 10 pack and charges me for 2 separate 10 packs which comes up to a higher cost. The difference is small but theprinciple in ripping someone off is the issue, a 1 star is the lowest option unfortunately and I wish I could do a 0 star. Read more

Restaurant is supposed to be open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for dine in with a 24-hour drive-thru. I don't know why Google... seems to have all the wrong hours for all of the Tim Horton's restaurants in my area. Anyways, I arrived at the restaurant fordine in at 10:20pm when it was open. The tables were filthy, the washrooms were locked, and the staff didn't understand Englishnor proper hygiene.. . I am not going to eat there unless I can wash my hands. Hands down the Worst Tim Horton location in Canada! They are Rude, mess up orders ALL THE TIME, and never put the sleeves on... coffee even when ordered at the window to do so. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrendous, they make you wait at the window withoutacknowledgement, or even asking you to wait for one minute. Most likely so their timer doesn't show their slow service. TheyNEVER say please or thank you EVER. JUST "drive please". Apparently the OWNER of this location doesn't care about all these BADREVIEWS, cause the service never changes. Long as they are making money. TIM HORTON HEAD OFFICE should 200% get involved andensure they either improve or sell to a owner who actually cares about the Tim Horton brand and reputation. Probably 1 of the worst Tim Hortons ever. Everytime I go in there doesn't matter the time either. All of the older east Indian... lady's are very rude have no customer service, they only serve the drive thru, people that are inside standing in line don'tmatter. When you are standing in the line all they do is look at you an give you dirty looks, sometimes you even stand in linefor like 10 to 15 minutes long before they would even help you. Coffee an donuts are never fresh. I think everyone that isworking there she be fired an bring in some new employees one's that care about there job an have really good customer service. Read more

New update: We had just ordered our meal in the drive thru, and an employee had waved at us not to approach. We waited for a... moment, but then pulled up to ask what was wrong. They had asked us to wait to cheat their drive thru clock. Their drive thrutimes are a lie. I hope Tim Hortons management/owners see this and work on their employees integrity. Old review: This used tobe my preferred Tim hortons. Today I came through the drive thru to order a BLT and donuts and drinks. I asked for a BLTtoasted. After I finished my order I asked, "and the BLT is toasted right?" "Yep its toasted." ...it was not toasted. SecondlyI ordered 6 of their dream donuts. I am paying extra for these, and they dump them in the box haphazardly! I am sodisappointed. Also, stop rushing me so much to pay and to leave!
