One of worst Tim's I've ever been to. Their one of the drive thru order machine was out of order - I only realized waiting there... for a while and no staff was even bother to look at that. Tim rewards card scanner was out of order at the drive thru window.The cinnamon raisin bagel was hard like rock and cold like ice!!!! Read more
The people are great here, but for some reason they're cappuccino machine is broken at least once a week, I like a latte every... morning and this location has become very unreliable because of their broken machine. Tim Hortons quality has become quite standard and I'm not really going to comment on the coffee or farmers wraps I get... regularly. What makes this location get 3 stars from me, is its parking lot layout. The traffic headed through the drive throughgums up the parking lot and bleeds out onto the street which in turn creates a constant flow of customers almost any time ofday. So whether you're headed through that line or inside, there's always a wait. The staff are friendly and doing their bestbut always seem swamped with customers so the ticket times on anything made (ie bagels, sandwiches, etc) is always slow. I'vewaited up to 8 minutes for things before. Overall... quality is tim Hortons standard but it seems like they need a few morestaff or better trained individuals who are attuned to a heavier flow of traffic. Read more
Would give 0 stars if I could. Was laughed at by the worker at the drive thru window. Was told that they had no hashbrowns left... when I pulled up to pay I said "oh brutal" and she turned around and starting laughing as she told her work mate that I was asad baby that couldn't get a hashbrown. She didn't realize she left the window open so my wife and kids heard the whole thing.This was so disrespectful!!! Will never go there again and will make sure I tell everyone I know! Read more
