This is hilarious...order a mocha latte with almond milk and breakfast on skip. Instead I get an ICED mocha latte and a note... saying "no espresso, sorry" so instead of the hot drink, I get an iced chocolate almond milk. No call, no forethought on maybehow a cafe mocha might be the next best option...shrugsies Read more

This Tim's has the most incompetent staff I've ever seen in my life. They need new management bc It has probably the highest... turn over rate outta any tims. I ordered a simple chicken haberno wrap and got a sausage farmers wrap with haberno. Luckily I'mnot allergic to anything in that wrap. Worst TH ever. They would not offer me a wrap cause they had just cleaned the grill. I was there 3hrs before closing time, so... that's a very poor excuse. I asked for a sandwich, I was told no again. They told me I could get a cold wrap or a bowl. You'rekidding me right? My family ordered before me and got warmed up sandwiches. Didn't think I would rate a Tim Hortons a 5 star but great area. Friendly service. Great attitudes. Big interior. Even the folks... sitting down to enjoy their purchases seemed welcoming. I would imagine the feeling of an old coffee shop. Very enjoyable eventhough I was there only for a few minutes and had to keep going. Plus a drive thru but service inside was quick and great. Ithink I would prefer to just go in. Read more
