I just went to this Tim?s and no one was around or in line and the woman was so rude. She told me to step back over the line... because she was gonna be awhile before she could help me. If she had said that in a nice way I wouldn?t have minded. But she wasclearly annoyed that I stepped up to the register. She didn?t help us for several minutes and I was so put off that I left. ThisTim?s is also the slowest around. If you have a place to be I would go to the other one at the esso. Which has the nicest andquickest people serving there. Read more

Ever since the old manager left and they had a change in staf it?s been terrible. There in such a hurry, to get your order and... see you gone. I?ve had three items that were wrong so far. And not to mention the new staff doesn?t even say hello. There somiserable. Time to start going to another location. The only good thing left there is the friendly red head guy. Read more

I was just at this location of Tim Hortons and the new cilantro lime chicken wrap was made incorrectly, they forgot the chicken.... I went in and what could have been an annoying situation turned into an incredible one. The way I witnessed the staff interactwith one another, the way the manager was calm and patient and understanding, the step in from the manager to get this rectifiedwas what some major companies strive for. I working in one of those corporate jobs and am constantly bombarded with messaging inregards to respectful management how to lead without shame and without ridicule, these corporate jobs struggle with theseconcepts. I watched your team and management execute this like it was nothing. Kudos to that entire team and that Rock StarManager! Read more

OK, this is Tim Hortons so we all know that the five star rating is not for food or coffee. What it is for? The service is... always amazing, the staff are always friendly and I do not think I have ever gotten a wrong order. I?m used to living near otherTimmies that take so long to serve food that the egg on toast arrives as a chicken sandwich. Not here. Thumbs up to them. Andthe owners are pretty cool too. Read more

I usually stop in here as a last resort, I stopped in again and I repeated my order a few times. After the second time I just... said never mind and I mentioned I will just take the coffee. That turned into a chore in its own right. I pulled up to thewindow and this great girl saved the day. The issue was due to communication. Please if your employees require new headgear orAny language services and you would like to keep them in your business provide the necessary services. Read more
