Would be great if you filled the coffee when I order it and not pour it almost full for the price your charging is a full coffee... to much to ask for? Read more

Why does the Tim?s Hortons at 24th suck so bad? Bad management or a problem with staffing maybe? They?re always out of items,... consistently rude, I hope they fix this issue. I go here all the time as I live across the street but today will be the last notthat they care. ???? Read more

I hate Tim Horton?s. I don?t understand its success. These aren?t good donuts, and if you think they are, get to a Krispy Kreme... (or even a Dunkin?, if you have to) and inform yourself. It?s like you?re judging hamburgers when all you?ve ever had isMcDonald?s. First, they have a very small variety of these not-very-good donuts. Then, you order a dozen donuts and have to payfor them before choosing your donuts?and they REALLY don?t want you to choose your own. Then you are told you can?t have thatspecialty donut you want because it costs more. Well, had I been allowed to pick my dozen first, I could have PAID for italready. TIm Horton?s is losing sales that way because I then had to give the specialty donut pass. They don?t trust you to putsweetener and cream in your coffee, but that doesn?t matter because they put it in there even if you want it black! WTAF?Ordered orange juice, got apple. At another location, the Boston Creams had NO CREAM in them. WTAF? Look, I realize this is aCanadian institution but, in its current state, it is nothing to be proud of. Get better. Read more

Whenever I go at this location, It always feel like no one wants to work over here or wants to take your order both on drive... thru and in store. Workers over here are always so rude and if you ask them any question they are rolling eyes and making badexpressions. Read more

Dirty, they don't clean the booth areas and rude worker. I asked one lady to clean the table I was at today and she got annoyed... and hesitated then asked " are all of them dirty?" it was the only table available at that time. she said sure and didn't do itbut she cleaned every other table instead of mine while walking past my table after 20 min. she was rude when she took my orderas she rushed me to order when it wasn't even busy. Normally it's not a tall order to satisfy me as a Tim's customer, but I feel the need to highlight something for... management. Outside peak hours, like tonight, it's not unheard of to stand in the empty lobby, with employees milling around -regardless of whether you are busy, you NEED to acknowledge your customers.....at the least. I waited 6 minutes in an emptylobby, no other customers - caught the eyes of two separate employees and yet I may as well have been utterly beyond the humaneye's ability to see. Anyone who's spent a day on either side of the retail counter, knows what being ignored is bound to do toa customer. Be busy, fine, but be polite. Read more

Always fresh coffee and pastries when you stop by this place. Surprised when I found it empty on a Saturday afternoon but I... enjoyed staying having my double double with a fresh baked croissant. Read more
