I love Tim Hortons. The one by City Hall is very well located. But one must be very Vigilant and never leave you stuff... unattended if you're dining in or need to use the wash room. Read more

The staff is the rudest at this Tim Hortons. They do not know how to behave. When I asked for the store number, she gave me a... wrong number? probably she thought we can?t figure it out otherwise. My last purchase from here was today, 5.45 pm, 12 Nov 2022.And I would never return to this place !!! Read more

I asked for the glass of water after ordering one small double double and they charged me 0.22 cents for one glass of tap water.... I mean I don?t have issues giving out 22 cents but that doesn?t look good on Tim hortons which is quite popular in Canada. Theother day mcd gave me 4 glass of water that was ice cold without charging even a single penny. Thats customer service orhumanity. Read more

I go every morning and get greeted by name most of the time. Service is usually fast and professional. Never had my order messed... up even when I change it. Read more

Normally I wouldn't care if the staff was on their phones. But the fact that it was right next to the food he was making for me... is completely unsanitary. Read more

I came in to buy a cold drink on an extremely uncomfortably hot day. While I was waiting for my drink, a man came in and asked... for a cup of water. They wanted him to pay 35 cents for it, which given the location will put a large homeless population atrisk of heat stroke among other heat related illnesses. But because I had bought something, I could just request the water. Thislocation refused someone a basic right, simply because he could not afford to pay the 35 cents. This is a disgusting businesspractice, and I will be making sure I spread the word about this. So much for Tim Hortons caring for the community. Read more
