Their hot chocolate taste like hot slightly flavoured water. Now one would think 2 stars just for that would be a bit unfair but... nope, you'd be wrong. If you can't make at least an average hot chocolate at a coffee place then really, what are you doing? Theonly reason I didn't give 1 is because they were at least fast. Actually, maybe if they slowed down a bit they'd be able to makesomething I could consume without cringing on every sip at the absolute blandness. Perhaps asking for sugar with my hotchocolate is now the norm? Okay I'll freely admit this is a bit much because of one bad drink but seriously, it was just such adisappointment. Read more
I live nearby and used to frequent here. However, they forget to make your food every time. Sometimes I have to pull up the... receipt in my email for my mobile order before they even make it. I don't understand how it takes 25 minutes to make a coffeeand 10 staff members ignoring you before it gets made. Save yourself the trouble and go to McDonald's across the street. Read more
I?ve been getting my daily coffee for almost 3years at this location as this is the most accessible timis to me and never had... such a bad experience until today with a lady name ?PRECIOUS?. I ordered a large double2x and medium ice coffee but I noticedshe is prepping two Ice coffee so I notify one of the other staff to let her know. She came back at the counter and insistedthat I ordered two Ice coffee. I know what I ordered so I told her go to the cctv footage to review what did I ordered. She wentand change my order and tossed my timbits (yes I saw how she tossed the box of timbits on to the counter table) that?s why I gotirritated and asked the other staffs abour her name. My wife had such bad experience with the same lady and she shouldn?t beworking there in the first place with that kind of attitude.. Read more
I just got my order from skip the dishes and when I was about to give it to my son, I saw that it was bitten already! It was... flip the other way around so if I didn't turn it around I won't be able to see it!! I reach out to skip and they told me theywill let the store know and they will contact me in a "few hours" I am waiting for that call as this is a serious matter!DISGUSTING! If you have another option don't waste your time here. Coffee is always old, order is wrong half the time and the staff are... extremely rude. Went to pick up an order I placed on uber eats and when I got there it took almost 5 minutes for them toacknowledge me in an empty restaurant. She took one look at my phone and went back to what she was doing. I could see my orderas it was ready and about 2 inches out of my reach and told her where it was and she very huffingly gave it to me. Sad to saythat was an average experience. Edit: Hours are not correct or staff is not following them. Said they were open at 5:00 am onSunday and when I showed up at 5:45 am it was closed, dark and locked. Read more
