my brother just bought coffee at this tim hortons. he ordered a medium mocha ice capp and received an ice coffee. the girl did... not understand anything he said and we to her. We told her that she put the coffee wrong in the order and did not change it,repeating that YES it was a mocha ice capp. I don't like the coffee here more than the ice caps. The worst thing is that theydid not want to change it for me since it was not our mistake. not even the refund if they are going to put someone in thecashier, whether they are new or not, please pay attention. If you are looking for a Tim Hortons in the area with any ounce of customer service...keep searching. On top of that, they could... not complete an absolutely simple task of "no sauce" on a sandwich. Also if the owner is reading this, please either speak withor discharge the only male working the till the night of October 4 2022. So disappointed. Dirty facility. Staff is poor and care in food prepared is horrible. They focus on too fast and no quality.... Washroom is a joke. Staff open door remotely while others are using it embarrassing both people. Happened several times while Isat and watched the horrible situation. Management needs to get their stuff together and fix these issues. I will never return.Tim?s is going down hill so fast. If I was working or running this location it would never happen again! No care, just serveslapped together food and let people walk into the washroom while you are using it over and over again. Some one explain to me doesn't a combo come with a coffee?? I ordered a combo and the cashier double charged me telling the... combo doesn't include coffee. Also I ordered a harvest burger and asked for it without egg, and substitute the egg with lettuceand tomato, instead they charged me on top of the combo price for lettuce and tomato. Tim's franchise needs to investigate thisplace, they are ripping off customers left and right! I will never visit this location again! Read more
I usually like Tim Hortons, but my friend and I had the worst experience here yesterday. There were about 2~3 customers and they... were not busy. While placing my order, I called two of the staff three times to choose Timbits that I only wanted plain, butthey didn't even pretend to hear and received a small amount of Timbits. And I made a payment using the Tim Hortons app, andafterward I found out that the items I ordered were offer products, but the employee didn't let me know. If they were busy, Iwould understand them. But they chatted and didn't take a proper order. I didn't make any complaints to spend time with myfriend, but I felt bad and thought I wouldn't use this place anymore. I just hope that the unfriendly staff will improve. Read more
Obviously, the rating is compared to other Tim?s. I don?t enjoy Tim?s coffee, so I can?t speak to that. I?ve stopped in here a... couple times now before 7am, to pick up treats for breakfast. Both times, the restaurant was clean, the bakery displays werefull, and there was no wait to order. Staff were friendly and got my orders right. Can?t comment on how it might be when it?slater in the day and busier, but early mornings are great. Read more
Public beware. If you are a customer at the mahogany tim Hortons and if you eat of drink at this location the cleanliness is not... up to par. Dirty buckets of cleaning water should not be left on the counter let alone right beside your pickup. This is thecleanliness that they offer at mahogany location. I won't be back. I threw my families entire order into the garbage and tookthem not to a different location but a different restraunt chain entirely. It was sickening. Please share this with yourfamily and friends. This location is extremely unorganized. There was a gentleman waiting for a small drink for almost 15 minutes. Some people were... getting their orders before mine when they had actually paid after me. There seemed to be so many employees working but nothingcoming out of the kitchen in good timing. That being said, the cashier seemed very personable and friendly. The cashier madethis review a 3/5, other wise I would have rated a 2/5. Read more
