Bought 2 coffees, use the code (buy 2 get 1 free) and didn't get the free one, don't think the staff do the work properly.
Had tins of coffee on the shelf with a price tag if $18.99. When I brought it to the till, it rang up at $23.99. I said the... sign said differently, and the staff said ?sorry, the sign wasn?t changed?. I told them they should be honouring the price ofthe sign, but they declined, so I returned it. First of all: terrible service, and setting the wrong standard in my opinion -especially with a long lineup of customers, some who were shaking their heads. Secondly: $23.99 for a tin of coffee is nuts. Iwalked across to Coop and scooped it up for $18.99, which by the way - is also nuts. Will be buying different coffee from nowon. Shape up. Read more
bad, slow service. i usually dont care for slow service but when theres 6 people working and 2 customers (getting only coffees) ... and it takes more than 5 minutes for a single coffee it?s atrocious. from the beginning of may until now it has been the samebad service, minus about only two good workers. Loooong line up. Short staff. Never gets better! Only one person is very busy making the sandwiches, extra hand would be better... to speed up the orders. I prefer to go to the other Tim?s location now. Read more
Always advertising items they don't have (even on the app), burnt food, drinks that taste like water or are burnt. The owner of... this location needs to either learn to run a business or sell it to literally anyone else. You're better off going to the Tim'sin Mahogany or even the McDonalds at this point. Probably the worst Tim hortons in the city. Constantly short staffed. You?ll be waiting in line for minimum 20 mins while two... staff try to juggle food, skip orders and whatever else. They don?t even acknowledge you standing there because they?re so busy.Then be prepared to have to go back once you finally do get your order as it?ll probably be wrong, or your large coffee will bepoured as if it were medium.
