The staff is very nice and friendly. However, the food/drinks are overpriced for the quality you receive. This is in my office... building so its unfortunate that the food is not good. The first time I went I got a cheese bagel which was terribly hard, thesecond time I went I had a Mediterranean wrap that was dripping with grease, and the third time I went I found two wood shavingsin my sausage roll... Which I initially ate and pulled out of my mouth. I brought it to the staffs attention because it wasmixed into the batter and I thought there could be some in other sausage rolls on display. The young woman working there wasvery apologetic and requested my contact information so that her manager could follow up but I never heard anything back.Overall wouldn't recommend. Read more

Glass half full? Well that was a waste of money. Guy ignored me for 10 minutes before taking my order. Bought the Waves size... drink and they didn't even come close to filling the cup, I had to ask for a top up (see image). Hate writing a nasty review,but this was pretty pathetic for a coffee chain.
